Please note that our reception office is not staffed on weekdays during school terms, as we are closed during this time, and we therefore we encourage you to enquire via email. We look forward to hearing from you!
Extra Services
We offer catering for group bookings. Upon request, the venue may be opened exclusively for large group events outside of normal operating hours. Please note these additional services are subject to availability and terms of booking.
Important Information About Birthday Parties
Group bookings are solely responsible for the distribution of wristbands.
When multiple groups are booked on the same day separate entry points may be advised for use.
Picnic lunches are welcome. No commercially prepared food can be brought into the premises — for example, McDonald’s, KFC, Subway, Pizzas etc. For safety reasons, glassware, sharp knives and implements are not permitted
Age requirements for slides during a Birthday Party:
When planning a Birthday Party at Sugarworld, please keep in mind the age and height requirements for the various slide zones.
Lagoon slide – 5 years & under only
Splash Town – 10 years & under only
Super Slides – riders must be 110cm to ride the Body slide and Tube slide & over 130cm to ride Mat Racer
*Children who do not meet age or height requirements will not be permitted to use the slides.
