Important Reminder about Conditions of Entry
Please note, Conditions of Entry are detailed at the point of booking online and also at the entrance to Sugarworld Adventure Park. When planning your visit, please keep in mind these key reminders:
- Children under 3 years of age may enter free of charge.
- Children aged between 3 to 10 years: height restrictions apply to the Super Slides – child must be 110cm or over to use the Body Slide, Tube Slide & Mat Racer.
- Children aged under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult, and will not be permitted to enter the waterpark unsupervised.
- Supervising adults are required to pay general entry fee.
- Bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations due to weather, are exchangeable subject to availability.

Online bookings for Sugarworld Adventure Park are recommended for faster processing of entry upon visit. Please note, bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations due to weather are exchangeable (subject to availability).
When booking online, please note that whilst there is a reference to sessions time, this refers to the time of your arrival, however you are welcome to stay and play until we close the park.
